Every ceramic piece is hand built in my studio in Cascais, Portugal, shaped one at a time, embracing the subtle variations that make each one unique. Inspired by the Atlantic coast, travel, and the beauty of everyday life, my work is created to be lived with and loved for years to come.

I founded Øya Flora in 2021 as a way to combine my love for ceramics, design, and creating by hand.

Today, I work from my studio in Cascais, Portugal, where every piece is hand built with care. Some are part of a small collection, while others are one-of-a-kind or created as bespoke commissions. I believe that the objects we live with every day deserve the same care and attention as the moments they become part of.
